Great article! I am reminded of what John Maxwell, one of my mentors who said, "The success of my day is based on the seeds that I sow, not the harvest I reap."

Why? Because the seeds I sow will determine the harvest I reap. Also, there is no reaping unless I have been sowing and sowers are committed to giving before receiving.

It is sad but I believe the vast majority of people are trying to find a harvest. They are looking for results and a way to make a buck rather than sowing daily into the lives of others.
